What are you reading Wednesday?

So I have been tossing around the idea of doing a post each week on what I have been reading. This post is the first in my weekly Wednesday posts on what I have had my nose stuck in this week.

I used to be a huge fiction fan but have found myself reaching for the Non Fiction section more lately. This week I have been rereading some of my Essential Oil resources, and one of my absolute favorites is Emotions and Essential Oils. This little handbook has a run down on the Emotional Benefits of most of the popular Essential Oils plus brand specific blends from doTERRA.

This book has a wealth of information on the different effects Essential oils have on our Emotions, for instance “Spearmint is the oil of Confident Speech. Spearmint inspires clarity of thought and confident verbal expression. The individual in need of Spearmint may hide their thoughts, opinions and ideas by withholding their voice”

Some of the other Oils that I particularly enjoyed reading about were Wild  Orange – “The Oil of Abundance” Wild Orange influences a large variety of emotional issues. It supports and fosters creativity and a positive mood. It inspires abundance and recharges your emotional batteries when going through some big changes. Wild Orange reconnects you with your inner child and brings playfulness, fun and joy back into your life.

And Juniper Berry – “The Oil of Night” Juniper Berry assists those who fear the dark or unknown aspects of themselves. It fosters the understanding that the things they fear are intended to be their teachers and do not need to be feared at all. It helps individuals to restore the balance between light and dark, conscious and subconscious, day and night. It acts as a guide on the path to wholeness.

Emotions and Essential Oils also has some really handy Appendixes that index the Individual Oils with a quick reference table to what emotions they influence as well as blend recipes to deal with specific emotions.

This book retails for $23.45 +p&h here…  And just to clarify, I do not receive any benefit or commission from you purchasing this book…
